It’s like an “Air Container!” : Kaminokousakujo “Air vase”
Trays for small articles, decorations for vases, wrapping of wines for gifts, or art objects…at first sight, they all look very different. But if there is something which can do all of these things, the name is “air vase.” (Designed by TORAFU ARCHITECTS.)
The thin and lightweight paper gives strength and resistance to the bowl.
Since the face and the back have different colors, you can use both sides! You can see various colors when you look at it from different angles, the mysterious gradation is very beautiful. Let’s enjoy making them and finding your favorite shapes!
Exhibition at Spiral Garden garelly
The exhibition at Spiral Garden garelly held in September 2010. Various colors of air vases were displayed.
