What are things that make you warm? Stoves? Heaters? or Floor heating?
Of course they’re very wonderful goods, but you can’t carry them on duty.
Winter is cold, very cold. Especially if you live on a high latitude you must think “I do not want to go out in such weather!” But you MUST go to your workplace.

Hand warmers are very popular among Japanese people. We call them ‘Kairo’ . There are 2 types; one which you apply to your body and one which isn’t applied to your body. This item makes us warm enough to give us the power to go out just by applying it to our bodies with our clothes on. Or you can get warm just by opening its package. Some disposable kairo contain iron, water(catalyst), cellulose, activated carbon, salt, and vermiculite (water reservoir), which get warm through a chemical reaction. Of course, they aren’t harmful to your health.

“Hokaron series” is one of the most famous disposable kairo in Japan. This series are developed by LOTTE Health products Co.. Hokaron makes us very comfortable and warm, and this warmth lasts for at least 12 hours! They’re not only apply to your body types but also apply it to your foot and cushion types in the hokaron series.
